In this section, we look at how scientists use maths in Chemistry. Don’t panic if you don’t like maths as this is fairly straightforward and I give you loads of examples to show you how to do the calculations. We start by going back to basics, looking at the formula of ionic compounds. We then look at how to balance equations and how to use moles of chemistry. We then look at Avogadro’s constant, reacting masses and working with solutions and gases.
